Printable and downloadable reports live in Reports Manager. Its Reports list shows every report the organization can make, with Created, Last changed and Last run (who and when, in the organization’s time zone): Built-in for the reports that come with it, Never for one nobody has run. A run that fails or is refused does not change Last run, and deleting a file from History does not erase it. Anyone with the Organization Insights tick box can also build a report there with New report: choose the data, columns, filters, grouping, sort, totals and layout, preview and save. Each person only ever sees the records their role allows. With AI on, Ask AI beside the form fills it in from a plain-language request; the AI never sees records and its answer is checked like the form.
