Organization Insights

Custom-built charts and tables on any of CartonCrew’s datasets, saved + optionally pinned to the dashboard. The datasets on offer follow your organization: an Ops organization reports on Requests, Events, Volunteers and Expenses; a Studio gallery on Artworks, Exhibitions, Class bookings, Sales, Register sales, Register discounts, Register refunds and Patrons (plus Events and Volunteers) — see Gallery datasets.

Who this is for: Owners and Admins, and anyone granted the Organization Insights capability (reports_manage).

A Studio gallery’s Owners and Admins also get the Member sign-ins card: which current members and guests are and are not using the member portal (member-portal sign-ins only, never staff ones), with the % using the portal (out of the people who can sign in; anyone with portal login off is listed but left out), summary counts, a 30/60/90-day period, a 12-week trend and the member list, downloadable as PDF, CSV or Excel. Board members read the same report in Board → Member sign-ins.

The Admin transactions card (a gallery’s Square admin items, by item and month), the Inventory by Artist card and the Looking for top patrons or sales per patron? pointer to Reports Manager are also for Studio galleries only. An organization that is not a gallery sees none of these four on Organization Insights, whatever its role or modules, even with Artwork Catalog switched on.
