Cloud Drive
Link your existing OneDrive or Google Drive so CartonCrew can save exports straight into your own drive — files stay in your tenant; CartonCrew stores only references, never re-hosts them. One drive provider per deployment.
Who this is for: admins, who connect the drive; everyone else then gets a Save to drive option on supported exports.
What’s here
| Area | What it does | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Connect / disconnect your drive via OAuth (admin). | Settings → Cloud Drive |
| Drive folders | Per-client and per-engagement folders, auto-created in your drive. | The Drive card on a client or engagement |
| Save to drive | One-click save of exports into a CartonCrew folder in your drive. | Export menus / job history (e.g. PDF Reports, table exports) |
Key things it does
- OAuth connect to OneDrive or Google Drive (Dropbox support exists in the catalog; availability depends on the deployment’s configured providers).
- Auto-creates per-client and per-engagement folders in your drive.
- Files stay in your drive with your existing permissions — CartonCrew keeps only links.
- Powers Save to drive buttons on PDF reports and CSV/Excel exports across modules.
