Pinning to dashboard

A pinned report shows as a card on your Dashboard. Useful for at-a-glance metrics.

Who this is for: anyone with reports.manage.

Steps

  1. Open the saved report from the Reports list.
  2. Toggle Pinned to dashboard at the top → Save.
  3. The Dashboard’s Pinned Reports panel now includes the card. The card auto-refreshes on every dashboard load.

To unpin

Same place — toggle off, save. The card disappears from the dashboard.

Common issues

  • Card not appearing on the dashboard — the Pinned Reports panel is gated by the Reports extension being on + the dashboard panel toggle for your role being on. See Dashboard panels.
  • Want to control which reports appear for which role — pinning is per-org, not per-role. Combine with the dashboard panels toggle if needed.
