Copying a campaign

Duplicate an existing campaign as the starting point for a new one.

Who this is for: anyone composing campaigns regularly.

Steps

1. In the Email Campaigns list, find the campaign you want to base the new one on.
2. Click the ⋯ menu on its row → Copy.
3. CartonCrew creates a new draft with the same comms style, subject, body, recipient filter, and campaign code.
4. The new campaign is draft, not scheduled. Edit and send / schedule when ready.

What you’ll see

Common issues

• Copied a sent campaign and the “send” count came along — it shouldn’t; copies always start from zero. If you see otherwise, file a bug with the source campaign’s id.
• Want to copy across orgs — not supported. CartonCrew tenants are isolated.
