Clients & Engagements
CartonCrew’s CRM core, switched on as the Client Manager extension. Clients are the orgs / individuals you work with; Engagements are units of work with them (status: discovery → active → complete), carrying deliverables and AI-drafted documents.
Who this is for: anyone with the Client Manager capability (client_manage), which an administrator grants on the Users page.
