Customizing program tags

The Tag library is the set of pills you can attach to programs. CartonCrew ships defaults; you can rename, recolor, add, or remove to match your org’s vocabulary.

Who this is for: Editor / Admin with website.manage.

Steps

1. Website → Programs → expand Tag library.
2. Per tag: edit Label, pick a Color.
3. + Add tag to introduce a new one.
4. Reset to defaults if you’ve gone too far (confirms before wiping).
5. Save the Programs page.

Renaming a tag is safe — the key stays stable, so programs already using it keep the link. Removing a tag drops it from any program that was using it on next save.

What you’ll see

Common issues

• Tag name collision — keys are derived from labels (slugified). Two tags with the same slug error on save; rename one to be more specific.
• Lost the default tags by accident — Reset to defaults restores them; any custom tags are dropped.
