Recent Activity tab

The dashboard no longer carries a configurable “Recent activity” card, and there’s no longer a Settings → Dashboard screen for toggling panels per role. Instead, the org-wide activity log lives in its own read-only Recent Activity tab in Settings.

Who this is for: anyone with Settings access.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Recent Activity.
  2. You’ll see a single read-only feed: a log of everyone’s recent activity across your organization — audit-log actions (creates, updates, deletes) plus engagement notes, newest first.
  3. Click ↻ Refresh to pull the latest.

Clearing the feed (admins)

Admins also see a Clear button. Clearing starts the feed fresh from that moment — useful after setup or a bulk import has flooded it. The underlying audit log is not deleted: the full history stays available for compliance and still appears in your data export. Clearing is itself an audited action.

Common issues

  • “No recent activity” — nobody has done anything that’s logged yet; the feed fills in as your team works.
  • Looking for the old per-role dashboard toggles — they’re gone. The dashboard shows extension panels and counts; activity is now this dedicated, read-only tab.
  • An action you expected isn’t listed — only audited actions and engagement notes appear, and the feed is capped at the most recent ~100 entries.
  • Cleared by mistake — the feed can’t be un-cleared, but nothing was deleted; the full audit history is still in your data export.
