Contact Inbox
Submissions from your public Contact form land here. AI triages each one with priority, category, sentiment, plus a flag for likely gift requests that should jump into the Requests module.
Who this is for: anyone who holds the Contact Inbox capability (owners and admins always do). It appears as Contact in the sidebar.

Reading and answering a message
Open Contact. The page is headed Messages and lists every submission newest first, each one shown in full — there is nothing to click to open it. To answer, click Reply here to write and send the reply inside CartonCrew (AI can reword the draft; nothing is sent until you press Send, and you can privately copy owners or admins), or Reply by email to use your own mail program as before. Replies sent with Reply here, and the sender’s answers to them, build up as the message’s conversation; an answer brings the message back to In progress with a new reply badge. Every message with a sender address has both buttons, whether or not AI is on. The full walkthrough is Triaging submissions.
Public side (the form): end-users / Contacting the org.
