AI master toggle

Turn every AI feature in your tenant off (or back on) from one switch. Useful for compliance reviews, board demos, or when your API budget is up.

Who this is for: Owner.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → AI.
  2. At the top is the AI features master toggle.
  3. Off = every AI surface in your tenant goes quiet:
    • The AI draft button in Email Campaigns hides.
    • Contact triage stops auto-tagging incoming submissions.
    • Template AI drafting goes back to “pick a template” only.
  4. On = back to normal. Requires an API key (see the field below the toggle).

Common issues

  • Some AI button still appears with toggle off — refresh the browser; the toggle reads from a context that may be cached for a few seconds.
  • API key missing but toggle is on — AI buttons show but error on use. Add the key.
