Donating
How to donate to a CartonCrew-powered nonprofit.
Who this is for: any visitor to the org’s site. No account needed.
Steps
- Open
https://<your-org>.cartoncrew.online. - Click Donate in the top nav, or the Donate button on the home page.
- The org’s Donate page describes the mission and links out to their actual donation provider (PayPal is the most common).
- Click the donation button. You’ll be taken to the provider’s site to complete payment.
- The org will receive your donation receipt directly from the provider; CartonCrew itself doesn’t process payments.

If the org has the 501(c)(3) disclosure enabled, the footer will tell you the org’s legal name + EIN and that donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Common issues
- “Donate” link missing from the nav — the org hasn’t enabled the Donations extension yet. Email them via their Contact page.
- Donation went through but you didn’t get a receipt — the receipt comes from the donation provider (e.g. PayPal), not CartonCrew. Check spam, then contact the provider’s support directly.
- Need to change a recurring donation — manage it on the provider’s site (PayPal → Profile → Payments).
