Browsing the catalog

The Extensions panel lists every extension CartonCrew offers, grouped by category.

Who this is for: Owner.

Steps

  1. Settings → Extensions.
  2. The panel shows a card per extension, sorted Core first, then alphabetical within category.
  3. Each card shows:
    • Name + short description
    • Category (Core / Communications / Fundraising / Programs / Operations / AI / Integrations)
    • Pricing: consultancy (one-off setup by ChAImp) + provider (third-party costs, e.g. Stripe %)
    • Status badge: Core / Enabled / Trial / Disabled / Available
  4. Filter by category at the top.
  5. Click a card → details + Toggle on (self-serve) or Request quote (consultancy).

Common issues

  • An extension you wanted is “available” not self-serve — it requires a consultancy engagement. See Requesting a consultancy extension.
  • Toggling on hangs — the extension’s first-run migration runs server-side; usually under 30s. Refresh after a minute.
