Branding

Logo, colors, org name + display style. Applies to both the public site and the admin app.

Who this is for: Owner / Admin.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Branding.
  2. Logo: drag-and-drop or click Upload. PNG or SVG, max 3 MB.
  3. Primary color: pick from the palette or paste a hex. Drives buttons + accents.
  4. Org name: how you want the org referred to in body copy.
  5. Display name: how it should render in the header (Markdown supported — bold for emphasis, etc).
  6. Display in UPPERCASE: optional checkbox.
  7. Save.

Changes apply immediately for everyone in the org on next page load.

Common issues

  • New logo doesn’t show for some users — they need a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) to clear the CDN-cached version.
  • Color doesn’t look like the hex you typed — CartonCrew adjusts perceived luminance for accessibility; if the result is too pale, try a darker shade.
  • Display name has odd capitalization — check the Display in UPPERCASE toggle and any Markdown in the Display name field.
