AI Insights
Ask questions across all your CartonCrew data — clients, engagements (and their history), documents, volunteers, donors, and grants — and get plain-language answers with links back to the records they came from. Also surfaces risk/opportunity cards and a weekly digest.
Who this is for: admins and staff in an org with the AI Insights extension enabled. Requires the AI master switch to be on. Usage is billed (Anthropic Claude + Voyage AI embeddings); sensible monthly caps are set to avoid surprises.

Key things it does
- Full RAG (retrieval-augmented) search over your CartonCrew data.
- Answers qualitative questions (find / summarize / surface), with citations — not exact counts or totals (use a module or Report for “how many”).
- Only covers indexed data, so admins should Reindex after big changes.
- Auto-generated risk and opportunity cards (dismissable).
- A weekly digest emailed to admins and archived in the Digests tab.
